<p>Placaje ceramice pereti</p>
<p>Bucatarie &#8211; placi ceramice cu dimensiuni de cca. 20/30 , trei variante de culoare la alegere, montata de la inaltimea de aprox.90 cm.pana la inaltime a de aprox.150 cm de la nivelul pardoselii (o fasie de circa 60 cm inaltime si lungimea blatului de bucatarie).</p>
<p>Bai &#8211; placi ceramice cu dimensiuni de cca. 20&#215;30 sau 30&#215;30, pana la cca 2,10 m de la nivelul pardoselii finite, trei variante de culoare la alegere.</p>
<p>Pardoseli in sufragerie si dormitoare &#8211; 3 variante la alegere (fag, stejar, nuc) de parchet laminat de trafic mediu de 8mm si plinte de aceeasi culoare.</p>
<p>Balcoane / terase &#8211; gresie ceramica de exterior antiderapanta de cca. 30&#215;30, rezistenta la inghet, o singura varianta la alegerea arhitectului.</p>
<p>Tamplarie interioara: Intrare in apartament: usa metalica Bayler Tip3000 termo si fonoizolata, echipata cu incuietoare, shielduri, vizor si eticheta numar apartament / In interior: usi celulare laminate cu inchiere cu falt si garnitura de cauciuc siliconic, toc reglabil de grosimea peretelui si pervaze de mascare de min. 5 cm, doua variante de finisare la alegere.</p>
<p>Tamplarie exterioara: Tamplarle de PVC, (ferestre si usi balcoane) cu sticla termoizolanta. culoare stejar inchis, cu glaf interior la culoare si glaf exterior din aluminiu.</p>
<p>Fiecare bucatarie va beneficia de senzori de gaz, conform legilor in vigoare si a avizului fumizorului de utilitate.</p>
<p>Instalatii sanitare bai:</p>
<ul>
<li>Vas WC portelan alb cu bazin asezat pe vas WC si capac la culoare; (Cersanit Solari)</li>
<li>Lavoar portelan sanitar alb cu picior; (Cersanit Solari 60 cm)</li>
<li>Cada din material acrylic cu panou alb marime 150cm x 100cm</li>
<li>Baterii Grohe monocomanda pt lavoar si baterie cada/dus.</li>
<li>Se vor realiza pregatirile instalarii masinii de spalat rufe conform planurilor de executie.</li>

<p>Arhitectura se incadreaza perfect in zona (zona de vile), iar imobilul dispune de numeroase facilitati menite in scopul de a creea comfort rezidentilor.</p>
<p>Cladirea va fi imprejmuita pe toate laturile, iar accesul se va face pe baza de cartela magnetica.</p>
<p>Amprenta la sol a cladirii este aprox 330 mp, restul terenului de 610 mp va fi folosit pentru a amenaja 12 de locuri de parcare, alei pietonale, drum acces.</p>
<p>Aleile pietonale si drumul de acces vor fi din pavele din beton.</p>
